About me

Hi, I’m Serena! I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years, but my love for movement and fitness has been a part of me since childhood. I’ve always been a fitness junkie, whether it’s strength training at the gym, joining various group classes, or dancing styles like salsa and bachata. My true passion isn’t just fitness itself—it’s sharing it with others, creating joy and fun together. That’s how Seryberry Fitness was born.
